Questions from builders
Do you charge per user?
No. Plans are flat. The Crew plan and above have no limit on users.
Does it replace my scheduling tool?
For most builders' programmes, yes: dependencies, constraints, a critical path, baselines and weather delays are built in. If you need a feature you do not see, tell us.
Does it work with Xero?
FastCrew sends invoices, payments, clients, timesheets and subcontractor bills to Xero. It does not pull data back from Xero.
What can a subcontractor see?
Their own link shows the purchase orders awarded to them, the job plans you share, their checklists and their compliance documents. They cannot see other subcontractors' bids.
