These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FastCrew, a field service management platform operated by FastCrew Ltd ("FastCrew", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FastCrew.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts under New Zealand law. By accepting these Terms you confirm you have the authority to bind any business or organisation on whose behalf you use FastCrew.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@fastcrew.nz if you suspect unauthorised access.
FastCrew is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are charged monthly in New Zealand dollars (NZD) plus GST at the applicable rate. By providing payment details you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
You may use FastCrew only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
You own your business data (clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, and files) entered into FastCrew. We process this data solely to provide the service. For details on how we collect, store, and protect your data, see our Privacy Policy.
You may export your data at any time from within the app in CSV or JSON format. If you close your account we will delete your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
FastCrew connects to third-party services including Xero, MYOB, Stripe, and Amazon S3. By enabling an integration you agree to the relevant third party's terms. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
FastCrew and its software, design, trademarks, and content remain the property of FastCrew Ltd. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You grant us a limited licence to use your business data solely to operate the service.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. We will give reasonable notice where possible.
FastCrew is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we exclude all implied warranties, representations, and conditions. If those Acts apply to your use, certain guarantees may apply that we cannot exclude.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, FastCrew Ltd's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, loss of profit, or loss of data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FastCrew Ltd from any claim, cost, or damage arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use FastCrew in a way that exposes us or others to legal risk. On termination, your right to access the service ceases.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be referred to the New Zealand courts, which have non-exclusive jurisdiction. For smaller disputes, either party may elect to use the Disputes Tribunal.
