FastCrew Ltd ("FastCrew", "we", "us") operates the FastCrew field service management platform at fastcrew.nz. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 ("Privacy Act").

When you sign up we collect your name, email address, business name, trade type, and phone number.
We store all data you enter into FastCrew: client names and contact details, job descriptions, quotes, invoices, materials, time logs, worker profiles, and uploaded files. You own this data.
Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We receive a payment token and basic billing details (name, last 4 digits of card, billing address) from Stripe.
We log API requests, error events, and feature usage to improve the platform and diagnose issues. This includes IP addresses, browser type, and timestamps.
If you contact us by email or through the app, we retain that correspondence. If you join our waitlist or use our email features, your email address is stored in Brevo (our email platform) and on our servers.

FastCrew is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email and in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
